Finishing service scope
Surface finishing can affect appearance, corrosion protection, wear behavior, identification, hardness, insulation, assembly fit, lead time, and inspection. KENDORIC helps buyers review finishing requirements together with drawings, CAD files, material choices, tolerances, and critical dimensions before quotation. If coating thickness, masking, visible surfaces, threads, bores, or post-finish inspection matters, these details should be clarified early.
Cosmetic appearance, corrosion protection, wear resistance, identification, insulation, or assembly function.
Anodizing, hard anodizing, plating, powder coating, passivation where applicable, polishing, laser marking, and deburring.
Threads, bores, sealing faces, bearing fits, cosmetic surfaces, and areas where coating build-up matters.

Dimensional control
Anodizing, plating, powder coating, and other coatings may affect bores, threads, slots, sealing surfaces, and assembly interfaces.
Threads, bearing fits, sealing faces, grounding surfaces, or tight assembly areas may need masking or special notes.
Critical dimensions, thread checks, visual surfaces, marking location, and coating-sensitive features should be confirmed when needed.
RFQ examples
Black anodizing required. Cosmetic visible surfaces are marked on drawing.
Hard-coat anodizing required on sliding surfaces. Bore dimensions are critical after finish.
Laser mark part number on face A. Marking file attached.
Deburr all edges. Do not round the two locating edges marked as critical.
Powder coat external surfaces only. Mask threads and bearing surfaces.
